All meetings are open to the public. Anyone may attend any Soap Donation Center meeting in person or online. The link to attend meetings online is always https://meet.google.com/occ-xatu-cos and is provided as a Google Meet platform. Meeting dates are listed below. Meeting times are listed in Pacific time. Meeting attendees should print the agenda PDF, listed below under “Future Meeting Agendas.”

The board meeting is Wednesday, September 18, 2024, 5:30–6:30 pm Pacific time. Board meetings are held the third (3rd) Wednesday of odd months, except May and June are switched, at 5:30–6:30 pm Pacific time. Per Soap Donation Center, Inc. bylaws, before the end of July, board meetings are set by the directors and scheduled for the entire coming fiscal year.
The governance committee and program committee meetings are scheduled as needed (with at least 48 hours’ advanced notice) and posted to the Workspace Calendar.
Meeting documents include agendas, minutes, and reports. Documents are formatted as event-document-yyyy-mm-dd.ext for alphabetical and chronological organization.
